摘要:随着智能制造的深入推进,市场对工业相机的应用提出了更高要求,普通工业相机在特定场景下,已经无法完全满足特殊工业应用需求。与光的强度和波长一样,光的偏振也提供了极其丰富的信息。根据Stokes矢量计算偏振度原理,平行光源照射在被测物表面形成光的反射,反射光透过偏振片后,相机的图像传感器可从多个方向采集到图像数据,最终结合成的偏振度图像,能够体现出偏振图像特有的信息。

Abstract:With the further development of Intelligence Manufacturing, the market has put a higher demand for the application of industrial cameras. Standard industrial cameras cannot fully meet special industrial requirements in specific applications. Like the intensity and wavelength of light, the polarization of light also provides extremely rich information. According to the principle of calculating the degree of polarization based on Stokes vector, the reflected light is illuminated on the surface of the object by parallel light source. After passing through the polarizer, the image data are collected from multiple directions by the camera image sensor. Finally, the polarization image is combined to form the degree of polarization image, which can reflect the unique information of the polarization image.

与常见的可见光、遥感、红外成像等相比,偏振成像可以获取物体的多维度偏振信息,这在图像视觉领域中有十分显著和独到的优势。利用偏振相机获取到的偏振信息,可大幅增强被测物的细节特征体现。普通面阵相机难以辨别的缺陷,利用偏振相机可加以区分。偏振相机具备更强的缺陷识别能力,是各大检测行业的理想选择。 一、引言
