Quality initiatives

In order to offer better safety and quality to customers, the HIRAKAWA HEWTECH Group takes quality control very seriously. To ensure that we meet requests for many different products of a highly specific and specialized nature in a short time while delivering consistent quality, we use production methods that take into account quality control, such as ensuring digitally product reliability from the development and design stages. Along with introducing an operator certification system and a certification examiner system, we constantly work to improve quality through JI (Job Environmental activities ~Thoroughgoing of all the process from procurement of raw materials, Design, distribution, consumption and waste material.~

HIRAKAWA HEWTECH Group holds the environmental principle that "preserving the global environment is the most important common task of mankind", and deeply aware of our responsibility, we make the implementation of this principle one of our corporate management imperatives.

All our establishments have or are acquiring ISO14001 certification, and through all our processes, ranging from the procurement of materials to research, manufacturing, distribution, consumption, and disposal, we set and follow voluntary standards, and implement various management systems and audits, while observing existing regulations.

Each one of our bases has an environmental control committee set up to deal on an organization level with energy saving, the promotion of recycling, and other environment-related issues, and environmental activities are implemented as part of daily operations.

As a manufacturer of materials handling, to eliminate the environmental impact from material, not only to meet the UL CSA and various standards but also working actively to develop "equivalent to the conventional products in terms of process and quality"
